RENOVATION
& EXTENSION
CHALFONT ST GILES, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

This large extension and full refurbishment of a detached house aimed to provide more coherent accommodation at ground floor level, a new master bedroom suite at first floor; as well as to redirect the views from the living and bedroom areas towards a private woodland that belongs to the owners. 

 

The extension was built at an angle to the original house so that all windows face the garden and woodland beyond.  The rear of the house is clad in vertical cedar boarding to link it to its surroundings. 

 

Construction was completed in Autumn 2019.
