RENOVATION
& EXTENSION
BEACONSFIELD, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

This 1960's house was built as part of a forward-thinking development of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire; so contemporary for it's period that the area is now a Conservation Area. 

 

This meant we had to be smart with our design and planning in order to modernise and redesign the internal layout without compromising the integrity of the original design.

We installed floor to ceiling windows, completely redesigned the lower ground floor and added a balcony to open the house to the fabulous garden.  We also added two extensions, one of which will be part of Phase 2 works.
