Planning Permission was granted in December 2016 to demolish a 1950’s detached house in a Conservation Area and construct a high-tech five bedroom oak frame house to be our clients’ forever home. 

 

A combination of traditional oak frame detailing and contemporary cross-laminated timber construction will provide a striking house that aims to be a lasting legacy for the owners. 

 

Construction is to start in Spring 2018.
